Smith's Dictionary of Greek and Roman Biography and Mythology, Vol 1, 1867, p. 971: an Athenian Comic Poet of the old comedy. (Diog. Laert. v. 8ö.) The fragments which are ascribed to him contain allusions to events which took place about the 92nd and 94th Olympiads (n. c. 412, 404)
but there is another in which mention is made of Seleucus and Agathocles.
Brill's New Pauly: Writer of Old Comedy, two of whose play titles [1. test. 2] are known to us, as well as five fragments
the Σικελία (also quoted in one instance as Σικελικοί) is dated to after 404 BC (cf. fr. 2).
