TLG Canon of Greek Authors and Works, Third Edition,
Smith's Dictionary of Greek and Roman Biography and Mythology, Vol 3 , 1867, p. :
Brill's New Pauly: "pigrammatist, presumably from the Garland of Meleager [8], perhaps writing as early as the end of the 4th cent. BC. Five poems have been transmitted to us (on Anth. Pal. 6,165, cf. FGE 46-49). Only two of them are composed of elegiac distichs: Anth. Pal. 7,650 and epigram 1 G.-P. [1] (cf. Ath. 10,440d). In the others, P. demonstrates a typical early Hellenistic metrical diversity (he may perhaps also have been a lyric poet)..." Albiani, Maria Grazia (Bologna). "Phalaecus." Brill's New Pauly.
