"Anaxandrides, An Attic writer of comedies from Rhodes or [1. test. 1] Colophon (apparently he also produced dithyrambs)....In total A. is said to have written 65 works and to have gained ten victories.....Still extant are 40 titles, of which a good third make reference to mythical subjects.
